We’ve been building cool yards in Austin for the past 15 years. The design/build process allows us to be creative and adaptive to all change. We truly enjoy making a difference and creating spaces that make memories. 3 foot limestone retaining wall allowed us to level the yard and provide extra stability to our 4 foot Ipe fence.11’x8’ Ipe privacy trellis will be home to Jasmine in the spring time with beautiful white blooms that smell fantastic. The partition also provides an aesthetic buffer from the neighbors. The Trellis, fence, deck, and gates are all Ipe (a Brazilian Hardwood perfect for outdoor longevity) we also used a sealant on the wood for extra protection and to enhance the natural color of the wood. Artificial Turf Putting green sits on a base layer of 3” of hard packed decomposed granite ensuring excellent drainage over the entire area. Low voltage landscape lighting step, path, up , and perimeter all controlled by timer.
